maybe you should set the "passinginhibition" and the "PLInhibitbyflasher" for a first try. Cause this sounds for me like a point that could work.

I believe that it means something like 'The inhibition of Passing light' or 'Deactivation of passing light function'
but guess what. You are RIGHT! as soon as I put 1 on the value of 'PassingInhition', I've got working high beam while the dipped beam off!
actually only passing function (not the high beam function when you push the lever back) works but I satisfied.
